Major duties include performing research for decision making, then authoring policy positions for the organization. Strong communication skills, especially writing, are required. The position supports the organizations Government Relations Committee, manages community/philanthropic sponsorship process, and is responsible for planning and overseeing events related to government relations as well as below:
Ideal Candidate:
Prefer 5 years experience working in an elected officials office or state or federal agency, non profit.
