Works and cooperates with co-workers and supervisors at all levels.
Learns and performs all essential job functions accurately.
Identifies and collects data to maintain files as required by CALEA.
Coordinates other CALEA Accreditation tasks to meet deadlines to assure efficient workflow throughout the Department.
Maintains files and reports pertaining to CALEA Accreditation assignments and projects.
Identifies and suggests program monitoring systems and procedures for the improvement of agency performance in compliance with applicable CALEA Accreditation standards.
Reviews department directives to ensure they meet the latest CALEA standards.
Reviews a wide variety of complex and technical issues concerning law enforcement standards and the CALEA Accreditation process.
Provides CALEA Accreditation training for Departmental personnel.
Attends CALEA meetings and local accreditation network meetings.
Interacts with various Departmental components to complete assignments.
Keeps informed concerning the Accreditation process, including proposed changes or amendments to the standards, transition policies, or process changes. Evaluates the impact of these changes on Department policies and procedures.
Maintains logs pertaining to work assignments and manages data within PowerDMS and CIMRS.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
