Position Summary: 

  • Selection Navigator Functional Lead (Product Manager)/ defines delivery objectives, prioritizes features, and ensures the design solution that meet customer and business needs. This role partners with global cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to maximize value and drive continuous improvement. 

Location:  

US based, Remote or Milwaukee   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and goals. 

  • Translate initiatives into well-defined features for efficient delivery. 

  • Document business processes, validate requirements and support team alignment. 

  • Create clear feature documentation outlining requirements, outcomes, and benefits. 

  • Coordinate work across multiple teams and manage dependencies. 

  • Communicate progress and status to stakeholders. 

  • Review UX designs for alignment with requirements and user experience standards. 

  • Support Product Owners and developers in refining and delivering feature-related work. 

  • Operate effectively within a global team serving global customers. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field  

  • Strong experience with Agile and SAFe principles, 8+ Years 

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. 

  • Excellent communication and coordination across teams. 

  • Ability to manage complex projects and dependencies globally. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • Service organization experience. 

  • Familiarity with HVAC, Building Automation, or related industries. 

  • Knowledge of parts/product identification tools and platforms. 

  • Experience applying AI to service and parts identification. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

Hands-on experience with: 

  • Salesforce, ServiceMax 

  • DevOps / Jira 

  • BI Reporting tools 

  • Tealium / Google Analytics 

  • Snowflake 

  • Mulesoft 

  • ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, MAPICS, etc

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 – 150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
