Recruitment and selection Specialist

Zagreb

                                     

You will 

  • Organize and lead selection processes, acting as the key contact point for all stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and complete recruitment and sourcing strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of top candidates
  • Collect and report on relevant key performance indicators
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database
  • Actively sources candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, tests, and qualifie candidates for further stages
  • Communicate with former candidates regarding new employment opportunities
  • Participate in cooperation with employment agencies and headhunters
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams across the Company and propose improvements to collaboration
  • Prepare learning and development materials for hiring teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience (in cooperation with the Learning & Development team)
  • Actively propose and test new sourcing channels to find the best candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and process incoming applications with or without the help of an applicant tracking system
  • Improve onboard and offboarding processes, propose and apply high standards to ensure the best possible employee experience
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
  • Propose reporting optimizations and improvements to achieve set KPIs
  • Act as a UNIQA brand ambassador throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Cooperate and communicate with other organizational units to exchange business information
  • Participate in all Company projects at the UNIQA Group level and/or inter-company projects in which the Company participates

You have 

  • Bachelor’s  degree in psychology, human resource management, economics, or social sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles in recruitment and human resources 
  • Excellent communication and outstanding interpersonal skills 
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong desire to learn and develop skills and competencies in the insurance field 
  • Excellent written and spoken business English
