JOB SUMMARY
The Department of Human Resources has an immediate opportunity for an HR Policy Analyst in our Office of Policy and Compliance. This role will provide support for policy development and implementation by researching and providing benchmarking data for the creation of policies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business or a related field from an accredited college or university.
AND
Five years of professional experience in data compilation and analysis, policy development, technical writing, human resources, or labor relations work.
Equivalencies - Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Background Check
Eligible candidates under final consideration for appointment to positions identified as positions of trust will be required to complete authorization for a Criminal Background Check and/or Fingerprint must be successfully completed.
Probation
All persons, including current City employees, selected for this position must complete a 6-MONTH mandatory probation.
