If you’re passionate about improving outcomes for adults in custody and helping build a safer, more effective correctional environment, this Program Analyst 2 role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility.
You’ll help advance gender-informed initiatives and trauma-responsive practices—supporting meaningful, facility-wide improvements that strengthen services, promote consistency, and align with ODOC’s goals and values.
In this role, you will help move the Gender Informed Practices Assessment (GIPA) strategic plan from concept to action by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting the day-to-day work that drives meaningful change.
You will partner closely with facility leadership and staff to ensure policies, procedures, and programming align with agency objectives and reflect gender-responsive, trauma-informed approaches.
This position serves as a key resource for research and planning—gathering best practices, compiling and analyzing data, and translating information into clear recommendations and written products to guide decision-making.
You will also support collaboration across internal teams and with external stakeholders by coordinating meetings and workgroups, documenting outcomes and action items, and helping communicate progress and expectations so implementation efforts remain organized, consistent, and sustainable—ultimately improving services and outcomes for adults in custody.
This position is management services and may be eligible for Police & Fire (P&F) benefits through Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), as defined by statute.
*Note: Effective Feb. 1, 2026, the compensation plan for this position will be increased to reflect a Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) of 2.5%. The salary listed in this posting does not reflect the COLA.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two (2) years experience coordinating or administering a program
OR
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five (5) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
Constant exposure to adult male and female AICs within a prison setting. Exposure to emotionally and mentally unstable and deviant behaviors within the work environment on an ongoing basis. Rotating shifts/positions of a 7 day/24-hour operation. Performs continuous physical activity which may include bending and standing for prolonged periods

The salary range listed above is for non-PERS qualifying applicants. PERS qualifying applicants may be eligible for an adjusted range to reflect an additional 6.95%.
